The word CHAKRA comes from Sanskrit, an ancient Indian language, and means vortex, wheel or circle. The Chakras are the main centers of spiritual power in the human body. Each Chakra has unique characteristics recognized for thousands of years. Each one has a characteristic frequency that is expressed in its sound (musical note), color and vibration. In the same way, each Chakra is related to specific glands, organs and systems in our physical body, with feelings in our spiritual body and with certain elements of our immediate environment.
Seven main Chakras are recognized located in the axis of the spine and extend from the projection of the spine in the upper part of the skull (the crown), to the tip of the sacrum (the coccyx). Daily life, and particularly modern life, often causes us to lose the harmony between our physical and spiritual parts, causing discomfort, bad feelings and even illnesses.
Doing frequent chakra balancing sessions using the reference patterns that this tool emits, along with meditation and healthy eating, has proven to be the best way to stay healthy and happy.
